丰盛港古申 — the upholstery workshop of Mersing since 1985.
Mersing Cushion (丰盛港古申) is an upholstery and canvas workshop on Jalan Jemaluang in Mersing, Johor — the gateway town to Tioman Island. Registered with SSM in 1985, it has served the town's drivers, boat operators and families for some four decades.
The workshop is run by founder Yip Kam Sung (聂金生), who handles every job personally — measuring, templating, cutting, sewing and fitting. That's why local boat owners and drivers keep coming back: the same hands and the same standard, every time.
Being a coastal-town business shaped what we're good at. Sun, salt and monsoon rain destroy cheap materials fast, so we work with marine-grade vinyls, heavy canvas and high-density foams that are made to last.

Our business card has pointed customers to the workshop for years — boats on the front, because boats are what Mersing runs on.
